Gerhard has held senior roles with prestigious hotel groups including One&Only Resorts, Belmond and Radisson Hotel Group. Most recently, he served as CEO of Buccara and Apex Alliance Hotel Management, where he oversaw strategic expansion, new property launches, and brand development across Europe. His reputation for elevating guest experiences, cultivating high-performing teams, and delivering strong operational performance makes him a valuable addition to the Hayfield Manor family.
