Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Takes Top Honour at Cork Company of the Year Awards
Cork Chamber, the voice of business in Cork, has named Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine as the Overall Winner of the Cork Company of the Year Awards 2025, recognising its exceptional impact on the Cork business landscape and its significant contributions to global healthcare.
The four category winners of the Cork Company of the Year awards were announced at the Cork Chamber Annual Dinner, at City Hall:
- Ground Wellbeing – Emerging category winner
- National Beauty Distribution – SME category winner
- Keohane Seafoods – Large category winner
- Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine - International category & overall winner
The awards, sponsored by Vodafone Ireland and media partner The Irish Examiner, continue to highlight the exceptional talent, innovation and resilience within Cork’s business community.
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine celebrates 20 years in Cork this year and has grown into a global leader in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. With a strong workforce of 1,200 full-time, purpose-driven employees in Ringaskiddy, the site specialises in producing life-changing medicines, mainly for immunology and oncology patients. Over the past two decades, the company has worked to build its manufacturing capabilities and enhance its capacity.
