Marbral Advisory have appointed Conor Gourley as a Business and Talent Development Manager

International change and project management specialists Marbral Advisory, have appointed Conor Gourley as a Business and Talent Development Manager in Dublin.
 
The new role has been created in response to the Company’s growing multi-jurisdictional portfolio and expansion into Ireland. Mr Gourley will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing a regional pool of high-quality consultants to meet client demand. He will be looking to reach out to change and project managers, business analysts, and trainers in Ireland to expand Marbral’s pool of local consultants and advisers.
 
Mr Gourley comes to Marbral Advisory after a career spanning executive and director roles in Ireland and five years spent working in the Project Management sector in Sydney, Australia. He is a trusted advisor with a wealth of international and local experience in strategic recruitment and business pipeline development.
 
Mr Gourley will be based in Dublin but will be integral to projects across Ireland and the Isle of Man. He will be the first point of contact for new clients in these jurisdictions and will also be working with Marbral Advisory’s resource pool of circa 400 consultants and associates to enhance service offerings.
 
Marbral Advisory supports a wide range of clients in the finance, legal, medical, gaming, utilities, logistics, telecommunications, construction, and government sectors. The company has a presence in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK, and Europe and specialises in digital, people and organisational change and training.
 
Mr Gourley is a PRINCE2 certified professional, well versed in Agile methodologies, and certified by Oracle in Cloud Computing and AI. In his spare time, he is an avid reader, a keen sports fan, and passionate about travel and experiencing new cultures.
