Sweet Indulgences strutting onto silver tiered stands include: The First Assistant Macaron, The Devil’s in the Detail Choux, The Strawberry Socialite Tart, and The Classic Never Fails Battenberg. And the freshly-baked Non-Negotiable Scones come ready to be artfully smothered with Glenilen Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam.

As evening falls, retreat to the magazine-shoot ready surrounds of The Glasshouse—The Montenotte’s rooftop cocktail bar—where expertly crafted drinks are served against a striking backdrop of Cork City and its illuminated docklands.
