Evumed, a growing European biopharmaceutical company has announced a multi-million-euro investment on Leeside, with new jobs at its European HQ.

A Cork-based pharma company Evumed's new HQ is at Cork Airport Business Park, and the investment will create tens of new jobs this year, across quality, regulatory, supply chain, finance, and support sectors.

It's a huge vote of confidence in Cork's highly-regarded pharma industry. Evumed President Colm Moynihan said a Cork HQ was an 'ideal' investment for the growing company.

He said: "Cork Airport Business Park’s exceptional global connectivity and modern infrastructure, coupled with Cork’s position as a global hub for pharmaceutical manufacturing and innovation, offer Evumed the ideal location to grow as we aim to develop and deliver generic, branded, and biologic medicines and bring innovation and accessibility together to improve lives.”
