IMPACT Project - Calling Remote Workers and Community Organisations

Grow Remote is delighted to share details of the IMPACT Project, a European research initiative exploring how remote professionals can use their skills to support charities, community groups and social enterprises.

The project is currently gathering insights through two short surveys - one aimed at remote workers and one at charities and community organisations - to better understand how skills-based volunteering can be designed around the realities of modern flexible working.

The findings will directly shape:

• Training opportunities for remote professionals looking to give back
• Volunteering pathways using AI connecting skilled remote workers with organisations that need them
• Support structures built around the needs of both remote workers and community groups

This is a fantastic opportunity for Cork businesses, their employees, and the organisations they support to have a real say in something that could benefit the wider community.
