RDJ expands Tax Practice with the addition of Fiona Morgan in Cork

Law firm RDJ is expanding its Tax Practice with the addition of Chartered Tax Adviser and Chartered Accountant, Fiona Morgan in Cork.
 
Jenny joins from PwC where she practised as a corporate tax adviser for eight years. She brings a wealth of experience advising on the tax and legal aspects of M&A, finance and real estate transactions, as well as business formation, intra-group reorganisations, and the structuring of commercial agreements.
