Champagne Evening at Hayfield Manor

Join us at Hayfield Manor for an evening of champagne and exceptional cuisine on Thursday 21st November 2024 for our Champagne Dinner in association with Piper-Heidsieck. The event begins at 6.30pm with a Champagne and canapé reception with an introduction from resident Sommelier, Ivan Vegas Sanchez, along with Piper-Heidsieck Ambassador, Martin Richard. This is followed by a delicious five course menu specially created by our Executive Chef, Mark Staples, to complement the carefully selected champagnes. 

Piper-Heidsieck is one of Champagne's most well-known houses. From being a favourite of Marilyn Monroe (who claimed she liked a glass to wake up in the morning!) to being the first ever bottle of Champagne to feature in a movie. Established in 1785, it is renowned for its unique blends, made from a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. It has won numerous awards for its superior quality and is one of the most sought-after champagnes in the world. The champagne house is owned by Vranken-Pommery Monopole, based in Reims, and run by the current head winemaker, Régis Camus. Régis Camus has been with the company since the late 1990s and has taken Piper-Heidsieck to new heights with his creative and innovative winemaking techniques.

Tickets are priced at €149 per person and spaces are limited. This is a pre-paid event.
