Exploring the Potential for Enabling Sustainable Practices by Food Consumers: A Webinar hosted by Cork University Business School and the ERI
Join us as we gain insight from industry experts and researchers on food-related sustainability initiatives to support consumers and current sustainable household practices, and debate and discuss the potential facilitators and barriers in achieving sustainability across the supply chain. This workshop will inform final recommendations for the PLATEFORMS research project.
The PLATEFORMS project (https://plateforms.oslomet.no/) aims to produce in-depth knowledge on how food practices in the home are affected by new innovations in food provisioning platforms, such as community supported agriculture (CSA) or online shopping. Together, we will explore areas of innovation and the potential value of these new platforms in enhancing the sustainability of food practices within households.
