Building for the Future: CSRD in the Construction Industry Webinar
Join Future Planet for an insightful webinar entitled Building for the Future: CSRD in the Construction Industry. This webinar is designed to equip sustainability professionals in the construction industry with the practical knowledge and strategies needed to navigate the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
The CSRD is a regulatory framework that was adopted by the European Commission in late 2022 and transposed into Irish law in July 2024. It mandates that nearly 50,000 companies (many of whom are located in Ireland) in the EU disclose their environmental and social impacts. The CSRD introduces new mandatory reporting standards (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) covering requirements across environmental, social and governance topics.
This virtual event will feature three industry experts, including individuals from the Construction Industry Federation and Walls Construction, each focusing on a specific aspect of CSRD from the construction industry's perspective.
