Ireland and the Future of Europe
UCC School of Law is delighted to present the keynote lecture in the Brexit and the Future of Europe Project Speaker Series. This lecture will be delivered by Professor Brigid Laffan on the topic, "Ireland and the Future of Europe", online on Wednesday 21 April 2021, 5:00 - 6:30pm IST. The lecture will be followed by a Q&A.
Professor Brigid Laffan is a leading world expert on European integration and politics and has been central to academic and policy debates on the European Union, including Brexit. She is the Director and Professor of the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute in Florence and has received numerous awards for her contributions to EU political studies, including the UACES Lifetime Achievement Award, the THESEUS Award and the Ordre national du Mérite by the President of the French Republic.
We are delighted to welcome Professor Laffan to UCC to deliver the keynote lecture of what has been a fascinating series exploring various issues on the theme of Brexit and the Future of Europe.
