Disability Confident organisations play a leading role in changing attitudes for the better. They are changing behaviour and cultures in their own businesses, networks and communities and reaping the benefits of inclusive recruitment practices.
Tuesdays Lunchtime Learning is in anticipation of December 3rd, 2019, United Nation’s International Day for Disabled Persons which celebrates the economic contributions made by the more than 1 billion disabled people globally. #PurpleLightUp encourages people to wear purple and businesses to light up purple (the colour for disability). In this session you will learn how becoming disability-smart and confident is a catalyst for making your organisation more productive, profitable and effective. Clare will explore the importance of Employee Experience (EX), Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX). This talk is aimed at all business owners, progressive organisations, employees and is particularly pertinent to D&I, L&D and HR professionals looking to collaborate, network and accelerate their workplace strategy and improve EX.
