Mindset Matters: Building Workplace Wellbeing from the Inside Out - Online

Mindset Matters: Building Workplace Wellbeing from the Inside Out - Online

Overview
Mindset Matters - A Taster Session for Workplace Wellbeing

Pinta, in partnership with LKC, is committed to helping organisations build healthier, safer, and more resilient workplaces - supporting companies to align with recognised standards in workplace health, psychological safety, and employee wellbeing.

As part of their offering is - Mindset Matters - a framework for sustainable workplace wellbeing built on four pillars — Well-Being Mindset, Intentional Living, Social Connection /Relationships, and Growth Mindset.

This taster session is an introduction to some of the practical, real-world tools and hacks from the programme, for personal wellbeing. You will leave with a clearer understanding of how your mindset shapes your wellbeing, and with small, actionable 1% shifts you can begin practising straight away.

Because sustainable wellbeing isn’t something that happens to you - it’s something you build, one intentional step at a time.

This taster session is open to all staff - employees and managers alike. Whether you are simply looking to better manage your own stress and build a little more resilience in your day, improve how you connect and communicate with those around you, or get a feel for how Mindset Matters might support the wellbeing needs of your team or organisation - you are very welcome

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this session participants will be able to:

- Understand the connection between mindset and wellbeing - and how the way you think directly shapes how you feel, perform, and show up at work.
- Explore how cultivating a growth mindset reduces stress and builds resilience - so that challenges at work become opportunities to learn rather than threats to avoid.
- Identify practical tools and hacks to begin building a sustainable wellbeing mindset - starting with 1% changes that build lasting habits over time.

Why should I attend
Whether you are an employee or a manager, this taster session is for you if you:
- Are curious about what a growth mindset really means - and how to start building one
- Are a manager or leader and interested in building a workplace culture where people feel safe, valued, and heard
- Feel the weight of workplace demands and want practical, real-world tools to respond
- This introductory session offers a taster of tools and ideas that can be explored more deeply in follow-up workshops and programmes.
