Ciarán Hourican is the Managing Partner of H-Training and a Workplace Coach and Mentor with a passionate interest in developing others and a track record for realising excellence. He has worked extensively across both the private and public sectors and more recently in the area of tech. With a background in politics and leadership psychology Ciarán brings a very dynamic energy to leadership and coaching. By facilitating engagement through his ongoing fascination with political, business and social icons, Ciaran’s development approach is client focused and he is an advocate for people while also facilitating them to accept more responsibility for the challenges they face.
