Ciarán Hourican discusses H-Training’s work in supporting people to navigate the process of change and how our basic psychology informs so much of the dance that takes place when we are confronted with it. Ciarán explores, that while our relationship to change can be traumatic and triggering, with a better understanding of this process we can access our enormous capacity to mitigate the adverse impacts. He also discusses the role that media and our relationship to uncertainty has in this situation and offers some practical guidelines for taking better care of ourselves.
Ciarán Hourican is the Managing Partner of H-Training and a Workplace Coach and Mentor with a passionate interest in developing others and a track record for realising excellence. He has worked extensively across both the private and public sectors and more recently in the area of tech. With a background in politics and leadership psychology Ciarán brings a very dynamic energy to leadership and coaching.
