Unveiling the Ripple Effect: Gender Balance and Workplace Dynamics

Unveiling the Ripple Effect: Gender Balance and Workplace Dynamics

The Sustainable Cork Programme (SCP) webinar series is designed to set a vision for a more sustainable and resilient Cork, empowered by a thriving business community.

Join us for an enlightening webinar where we delve into the intricate relationship between gender balance, domestic care duties, and their profound impact on the business landscape. Gender equality is about implementing or enhancing inclusivity for all. An inclusive workplace is also a creative, diverse workplace, and strengthens business operations.

The gender equality gap in Ireland is gradually narrowing; nevertheless, the persisting reliance on women to assume caregiving roles, coupled with the insufficient representation of females in political and leading business positions, further exacerbates the unequal division between men and women.

Explore the ways in which businesses can implement effective policies and cultures that can catalyse positive transformations within the workplace, fostering a more inclusive and productive professional environment. Don't miss this opportunity to contribute to the conversation on reshaping our approach to gender, valuing care and unleashing the full potential of diverse talents in the business world.
