Operations and Admin Lead (part time)

At Graffiti, we work to nurture curiosity and creativity in all children and young people, listening to their voices and supporting them on their creative journey, through participation in the arts.

We engage children and young people in theatre and arts experiences that give them hope for a better world. We advocate for, and support our artists and team, who are dedicated to collaborating with us to create this important work. We work to reach children and young people for whom theatre is unfamiliar and to support them to discover it as a way to express themselves.

Reporting to Niall, our Artistic Director/CEO and Lynn our Deputy Director, this new, part-time role (0.8 contract) is central to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—think finance operations, HR compliance, governance, and general day-to-day coordination.

We’re looking for a new team member who shares our values and we are especially keen to hear from people with previous experience in similar roles, strong financial admin skills and a knack for juggling systems, deadlines, and details.

If you’re someone who thrives in a busy, supportive, creative environment; if you have a love for creating colour coded spreadsheets; if you don’t crumble at managing the multiple fundraising budgets needed to run a charity, we’d love to hear from you.
