About Us

H-Training was founded in 1989 becoming one of the earliest providers of learning & development solutions in Ireland. Our central ethos is the development of others through innovation and empowerment with three central pillars of focus, Strategic Consultancy, Learning & Development & Career Service. Our work is guided by thirty years experience of working behind the scenes within organisations and guiding them in a host of areas, including organisational development, executive level mentoring and coaching along with OKRS, Sales Training the facilitation of teams. Our experience and passion for what we do uniquely equips us to deliver value for our clients. For over 30 years we have developed, Leaders and Coaches who manage high performing teams and realise excellence. We are currently engaged with a host of organisation that range from Big Tech, Start Up, High Performing Digital Marketing Organisation, to a range of local Authorities, Retail & Hospitality business along with Manufacturing and Government Departments.
